Obituary

 

 

Fredrick L. Ball, 62 of McKean, formerly of Albion, died Thursday, September 22, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Erie, PA on August 23, 1960, the son of the late Eli and Laura Ball.

Fred attended Northwestern High School. He worked for a few years at the former Marx Toy Company, and later as a teacher's aide at Northwestern Elementary School.

He enjoyed traveling, going to concerts, scenic drives, flea markets, card games, and talking and visiting with friends and family. He loved his dog, Buddy.

Fred is survived by his brother, Eli Ball of McKean; and very close friends, Alan and Samantha Hanson and Albert Leonzi.

Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Friday, September 30, 2022, from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m.

Burial of ashes will be in Hope Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family c/o The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory. To send condolences please visit www.gluntfuneralhome.com.
