Richard "Rick" Mulligan

Richard “Rick” M. Mulligan, 67, of Springboro, PA, died unexpectedly on June 25, 2025 at Millcreek Community Hospital. He was born in Erie on March 31, 1958, the son of the late Alice Mulligan.

Rick was a 1976 graduate of Cambridge Springs High School. He retired from Skinner Power Systems (Time Machine) as a Mechanical Engineer in 2023 and worked at Skinner for a total of 47 years.

He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and playing Roblox with his grandson.

Rick is survived by his daughter, Tammi (Jason) Jackson of Springboro and Heidi (Duane) Peterson of Saegertown; two brothers: William and Jerry Mulligan; three sisters: Louise (Gerald) Rajewski, Cindy Anderson, Rose Walburn; and three grandchildren: Jase Jackson, Breeze Peterson and Alexandria Kope.

No services are planned at this time. The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro is entrusted with arrangements.
