Paul Duane Keller, 84, of McKean, died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014 at the Edinboro Manor. He was born in Peoria, Illinois on March 17, 1930, the son of the late Leon and Felistias (Sprout) Keller.
Paul worked as a expediter for Erie Strayer, worked for LOC Inc., and Hobbs Lumber. He was a past Fire Chief of the McKean Hose Co. and had a passion for remodeling his own home.
He was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in McKean.
Paul was in the US Army during Korea.
He was preceded in death by a brother Leo Keller and a sister, Phyllis McConnell.
Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Mary (Simendinger) Keller; a daughter, Donna Chase of Pittsburgh; three sons, Russell (Karen) Keller of Edinboro, Charles (Penny) Keller of McKean, and Richard Keller of McKean; two sisters, Mary Little of Chester Spring, PA and Joyce Storm of Dukinsville, PA; two brothers, Don Keller of Erie and Ken Keller of Newry, PA; also a grandson, Russell Keller.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 8880 Main St., McKean, PA with Fr. Mark Nowak officiating.
