Mary Suzanne Smith, 72, of Edinboro, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at St. Vincent Health Center. She was born in Edinboro, on July 23, 1939. Daughter of the late Sylvester James and Hazel Blystone Snyder.
Mary Sue was a member of the PA Nurses Association, American Association of University Professors, Sigma Theta Tau and Delta Kappa Gamma.
She is preceded in death by her brother James Snyder.
Survivors include her loving husband of 44 years, William Edward Smith, of Edinboro, her brother John Snyder and his family; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 8880 West Main Street, McKean, 16426 at 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
Burial will be private.
