Luis Santiago Figueroa, 90 of McKean, died Saturday, January 20, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born in Naranjito, Puerto Rico on January 1, 1934, the son of the late Felix and Antonia Figueroa.
Luis worked for Riley Stoker in Erie for many years. He enjoyed farming, gardening and horseback riding. He loved all types of cars, particularly Corvettes and Jaguars, and was a true automobile enthusiast, having owned over 50 vehicles in his lifetime.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 7 brothers, Felix Figueroa, Jr., Pepe, Madiro, Manolo, Thomas, William and Ramone; and 4 sisters, Carma, Rose, Seleta and Antonia.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sandra; 2 daughters, Kathy (Bill) Wiltse and Betsy (Eric) Rhodes, both of Erie; a son, Brent Amendola of Waterford; 3 stepdaughters, Melissa Lauritson of McKean, Heather (Charles) Sutton of Erie, and Sandy (Matthew) Cummings of Ohio; 9 grandchildren, Kristy McQueeney, Mindy Marshall, Andrew Wiltse, Jason Rhodes, Brandon Rhodes, Ryan Rhodes, Olivia Youmans, Bryanna Sutton and Dakota Ochs; 8 great grandchildren, Austin, Kenzie, Parker, Brody, Malcolm, Elliot, Bennett and Amelia; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 210 Erie St., Edinboro on Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
