Jamie L. Gillette

Jamie Lynn Gillette, 49, of Erie, PA, died at UPMC Hamot on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. She was born in Erie, PA on May 30, 1977, the daughter of the late James and Linda Gillette. Jamie was a wonderful woman with a heart of gold and beautiful sole. She was very bubbly and unbelievably sweet. She was out going and loved her family very much. She had a fascination for crafts and the color purple. She enjoyed watching her favorite football team play (Pittsburgh Steelers) as well as watching NASCAR Racing.

Survivors include her daughter, Christina Gillette; a son in law, Paul Hartleb; three grandchildren, Laylee, Leah and James, all of Erie, PA; two sisters, Diane Woods of TX, and Tammy Wright (Randy) of Waterford, PA; her nieces and nephews, Kerri Woods, Austin Woods, Ashley Wright (Alex) of Albion, PA, Brandon Wright (Danesha) of Watertown, NY, Kayla Wright (Zac) of Conneaut, OH; and cousins, Elizabeth “Beth” Gillette and David Stearns, and her uncle, Donald (Laura) Wolffe, Kent, OH.
