Herbert A. Frohne

Herbert A. Frohne, 70, of Girard, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026 at Bradford Manor. He was born on May 3, 1955 the son of the late Otto and Hilde Frohne.

Herbert was a machinist by trade and worked for multiple companies including Kin-Tech Mfg & Nuclear Automation where he had done some advanced machining on nuclear equipment for the US Navy.

He was an avid photographer. He loved Yellowstone National Park and traveling west to the Rocky Mountains and photograph wildlife.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Karl-Heinz Frohne; and a sister-in-law, Linda Frohne in 2025.

Survivors include his brother, Bernhard Frohne of Edinboro.
