Fran graduated from General McLane High School in 1966 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from Edinboro State College in 1979. Throughout her career, she worked in the admissions departments of several law schools in Texas, California, Florida and North Carolina. She enjoyed helping prospective students take the next step in their education and was known for her compassion, patience, and genuine interest in others.
