Eleanor Francis Soltesz Yatzor, passed Thursday, November 29, 2012 at St. Vincent Health Center. She was born on September 23, 1934, daughter of the late Bert and Mary Petrise Soltesz.
Eleanor was an active member at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, volunteered weekly at the Edinboro Food Bank and participated with the Edinboro Senior Center.
She was preceded in death by her brother, William Soltesz; and sister Pearl Harned.
Survivors include her four sons, Bruce Yatzor and his wife Susan, of Edinboro; Brian Yatzor of FL; Barry Yatzor and his wife Linda, of IL; and Jeffrey Yatzor and his fiance Penny of Edinboro; two brothers, Albert Soltesz and his wife Celia of McKean; Eugene Soltesz and his wife Marion of Edinboro; six grandchildren, Brett Yatzor; Stephanie McKinney; Anna Yatzor; Morgan Yatzor; Weston Redmond and Chandra Sventek; also two great grandchildren, Summer and Haleigh McKinney.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie St., Edinboro, on Monday, December 3, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Erie, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311, www.diabetes.org.
