Florence K. Major, 94, of Edinboro, died Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at St. Vincent Health Center. She was born in Chicago, IL on June 12, 1917. Daughter of the late Anthony and Julia Kuzas.
Florence had worked for All State Insurance as a stenographer when she retired.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Joseph Major; and two brothers, Albert and Edward Kuzas.
Survivors include her son, Mel K. Major of Edinboro, three grandchildren, Gregg Major and his wife Pam of Springboro; Kenneth Major of Springboro and Terri Alexander of Albion; also four great grandchildren, Anthony, Alyssa, and Adam Alexander of Albion; and Danielle Major and one great great grandchild, EmaLynne of Albion.
No calling hours will be observed.
